St. John's United Church taking sausage orders through Nov. 12

Members of St. John's United Church of Christ are once again taking orders for pork sausage now through Nov. 12. These are link sausages lightly seasoned using their own "secret recipe" which has been served at sausage suppers in past years.

They will not be holding a supper this year so now is your chance to get some of that good German sausage!

Orders should be placed in advance and received no later than Monday Nov. 12. The cost of the sausage is $4 per pound.

Money will be collected at the time the order is placed. If you would like to order, you may ask any church member or send your name, phone number, address, and payment to: St. Johns UCC, 20 South Hickory St, Du Quoin, IL 62832.

Orders may be picked up at the church on Friday Nov. 23, 2013 from 2 to 6 p.m. or Saturday Nov. 24, 2013 from 9 a.m. to noon. All proceeds from the sales will donated to local charities in December.
