St. Francis Howell North High School Band Wins Mardi Gras Title
On Saturday, Oct. 27, the Pinckneyville Band Parents hosted the 21st annual "Mardi Gras Field Show and Parade Contest." The St. Francis Howell North High School Band won the Emily Rea Pfau - Grand Champion Trophy and $500 Cash donated by the Ladies Auxiliary of the Du Quoin VFW.
Major Trophy Sponsors were: American Legion Post 2504, First National Bank of Pinckneyville, Murphy-Wall State Bank and Shivelbines Music.
