Fair Rain-Ready: 1-4 Inches From 'Isaac' Possible

There is a lot of talk about rain around the Du Quoin State Fairgrounds, but it's not dampening the spirits of Fair Manager John Rednour, Jr.

"Rain or no rain there is still plenty to do at the fair," Rednour said. "There's the circus and events inside the Expo Hall, including a chance to meet NASCAR driver Kenny Wallace, just to name a few."
