Courthouse, government building, Du Quoin City Hall all closed from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. for Rednour funeral

The Perry County Board of Commissioners has ordered the Perry County courthouse on the square in Pinckneyville and the Perry County government building on Rt. 13/127 south of Pinckneyville closed between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wednesday for the funeral of John Rednour.

The Du Quoin City Hall will also be closed those same hours so that city employees can attend the funeral of Du Quoin's late mayor and Du Quoin State Bank board chairman.

The Du Quoin State Bank downtown offices will be closed all day Wednesday. The Southtowne banking center will be open after the funeral from 3-7 p.m.
