Murphy-Wall State Bank Vice President Brian Chandler recently attended Computer Services Inc.'s annual customer conference in Orlando, Fla.

CSI Customer Experience 2017, which was held Oct. 9 to 11, provided attendees with access to educational sessions surrounding top issues affecting the banking industry, live demonstrations of new products and enhancements, and user-centric panels and workshops. The topics ranged from innovations in mobile banking technology to regulatory compliance updates.

A common theme across the conference was the importance of security. They also learned effective strategies for enhancing their cybersecurity initiatives with knowledge shared by speakers from the FBI and Secret Service.

Attendees also gained insight into creating team culture and pursuing more innovative business strategies with keynote addresses from legendary NFL quarterback Peyton Manning and Peter Sheahan, founder and group CEO of Karrikins Group.
