Du Quoin Now Home to Newest Fair Food: Southern Illinois Fried Fudge

Danny Watson got an interesting request two days ago at his concession stand at the Du Quoin State Fair.

"They wanted something deep fried that included fudge and caramel," Watson explained. "We didn't have anything like that."
