Marshall Browning 5K Run Oct. 20

Marshall Browning Hospital's Rehab Center in Du Quoin will hold their 12th Annual 5K Run/Walk at the beautiful Du Quoin State Fairgrounds on Saturday, Oct. 20.

Packet pickup and race day registration will be held from 8 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at the Ash Grove pavilion. The race will begin at 9 a.m. The event is held each year in honor of National Physical Therapy Month. Walking and exercise in moderation is a key role in the recovery of most injuries and illness.
